Responsibility & Refund Policy

Overview
All sales are final, and all services provided by Direct MD Labs are non-refundable. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Client Responsibility
Direct MD Labs and its affiliates are not responsible for confirming pregnancy or the health status of a fetus. It is solely the client’s responsibility to determine whether they are pregnant, how far along they are, and whether they are suitable candidates for our testing services before booking an appointment.

Appointment Cancellations & Refunds
Once appointments are scheduled, no refunds will be issued, regardless of any circumstances involving the test participants or the pregnancy. All testing fees remain due in full.

Processing & Turnaround Times
The turnaround times for test processing and results, including any expedited services, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to delays, including those caused by weather, insufficient specimen samples, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability for Payment
Test participants and any third-party payors are jointly and severally responsible for the full payment of all test fees, regardless of the original payment method or payor. All payment arrangements must be settled within 30 days of the initial appointment, regardless of the testing or result status.

Change of Mind or Inability to Continue
If a test participant changes their mind, refuses to continue, or is otherwise unable to complete the testing for any reason after the initial appointment, all testing fees remain non-refundable and outstanding amounts are due in full.

Pregnancy Complications
In cases of miscarriage, misdiagnosed pregnancy, or other pregnancy complications, all testing fees are still non-refundable, and any outstanding amounts remain due in full.

Additional DNA Samples
Due to the complexity of DNA testing, there may be situations where additional DNA samples are required to complete the test successfully and accurately. If a test participant refuses or is unable to submit additional samples when requested, all sales remain final, all testing fees are non-refundable, and any outstanding amounts are due in full.
